Waba Grill (Temecula)

The definition of the word Cruciferous is “bits stuck between your teeth.”

Waba Grill’s Kale Salad is not too bad. The Kale is chopped into small pieces which  makes it easy to eat (why can’t they do that with broccoli) but the cabbage slivers were too big/long and were a little brown on the edges. The Salmon was fresh but over cooked and dry. The croutons – well, it is hard to get excited about croutons from a packet. But the feeling of moral superiority from eating a Kale Salad outweighed all of that. I would order it again.
