Palm Springs restaurants
Firstly, on your way to or from Palm Springs you might need your Mexican food fix:
Or a midnight ice cream run. Huge selection of flavors including lots of fruit and nut mixins. High quality, no artificial ingredients.

Now on to Palm Springs. Two of our favorite mom and pop restaurants in the desert. Salsas’ platters are amazing, go look at the photos on Google Maps. Beware of the Shrimp Diablo, it is unbelievably hot, when the waitress asks “are you sure?” that is the time to say no. Mario’s is a humble but satisfying Italian. Great family-run feel at both places, menus are full of family recipes.

Two great delis, Sherman’s and Manhattan. Sherman’s has multiple locations; we always hit it for breakfast.

For a splurge, try Mikado at the JW Marriott – it’s just like Benihana teppanyaki, but you have to board a small boat in the lobby in order to get there!

Best dates, hands down. They have like, 10 different varieties of dates, and they’re not too wet, not too dry. Date shakes too.
